The purpose of this letter is to formally commend Mr. Wally Fahoury and the entire staff of Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Chicago, IL for their excellent customer service and professionalism they provided in helping me buy my Chevy Aveo. I have never before written a letter like this becasue I have never had a great experience in a car dealership. However, in this case I was impressed and grateful with the service provided by Mr. Fakhoury. He truly deserves it because he is the best sales consultant I have ever encountered.

I love my new car. I am very happy with my 2005 Chevy Malibu. Wally was the best.
We take pride in calling ourselves the Chevy Giant. However, we also have an incredible pre-owned vehicle selection. The staff at Mike Anderson Chevrolet Chicago is happy that Ms. Ojeda chose us for her pre-owned Malibu purchase and that she's happy with it!

Mike Anderson has very high quality cars and there salesman are very friendly and helpful.

Like many transactions these days, this one was primarily about value and the sales approach extended to me was great in building rapport. That was important and helpful and it helped seal the deal when the negoatiations were trying. It was a very good sales experience and I received very good servcie. Wally was extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout my car buying experience. I've always been put off by pushy salesmen, but was happy to find none of that here. I really have nothing bad to say. He even bought my 4 year old a bag of doritos, which was not necessary, but very nice. It's sad to get rid of my old car, but very excited for my new Traverse. When it's time to replace my Camry, I would definitely come back to see Wally.
