My experience at the Chevrolet dealer on Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL, was by far the best out of all of the experiences I have had at the numerous dealers I had visited during the time I was shopping for a car. 

The impression I got from my sales representative, Octavio Coria, was much different from the one you get from the regular car salesman. In my opinion most sales representatives either are not interested in working with you for different reasons or they have no trouble taking advantage of the people that are easier to coerce. My sales person was very professional, interested in portraing a good image of himself and the company he is representing, and willing to go the extra mile for outsnding customer service. The office manager, Mike Rzadzki has also handled his part of the transaction very well, by helping me analyze my options and providing me with information that has given me comfort that I was making the right decision. 

I am very happy with the car I have purchased and with the service I am getting.
