It was a sunday evening and we were shopping for a camaro and mathew was on his day off. He passes by and saw us on the lot. My experience at the Chevrolet dealer on Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL, was by far the best out of all of the experiences I have had at the numerous dealers I had visited during the time I was shopping for a car. 

The impression I got from my sales representative, Octavio Coria, was much different from the one you get from the regular car salesman. In my opinion most sales representatives either are not interested in working with you for different reasons or they have no trouble taking advantage of the people that are easier to coerce. My sales person was very professional, interested in portraing a good image of himself and the company he is representing, and willing to go the extra mile for outsnding customer service. The office manager, Mike Rzadzki has also handled his part of the transaction very well, by helping me analyze my options and providing me with information that has given me comfort that I was making the right decision. 

I am very happy with the car I have purchased and with the service I am getting.

Octavia was very helpful and friendly.  I felt the negotiation process was a little inconsistent with the feedback I had gotten from others but that may have been due to the type of car I was purchasing.  It was also inconsistent with the letter I received in the mail in regard to trade in values.  However, I do not feel that is a direct reflection on Octavia.  He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

We told Gary Ayala what we wanted and that's what he gave us. He listened to us and treated us professionally and curteous. Mike delivered on his promise to get me the best deal. Wally was extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout my car buying experience. I've always been put off by pushy salesmen, but was happy to find none of that here. I really have nothing bad to say. He even bought my 4 year old a bag of doritos, which was not necessary, but very nice. It's sad to get rid of my old car, but very excited for my new Traverse.
