JC and Octavio made the process so seamless I didn't feel as if i had a salesperson, rather a sales team!  I appreciate their effort to locate and pickup the vehicle of my choosing vs. trying to make me fit a vehicle in inventory.

We told Gary Ayala what we wanted and that's what he gave us. He listened to us and treated us professionally and curteous. Mike delivered on his promise to get me the best deal. I wanted to stick with Americredit but when they wouldn't look out for me and give me a better interest rate Mike went out and got us someone that would and made it possible for us to walk away with Chevy Traverse and all we wanted to do was test drive.
